During this time of uncertainty, fear and constant change, VedantaWorks believes a message of hope and inspiration is needed more than ever.

Our long-term vision is to record all of Swami Vivekananda’s yoga classes (Jnana, Karma, Bhakti and Raja). Thanks to several of Swami Vivekananda’s disciples who diligently transcribed all these classes in person, we now have a complete record of all of his classes on the four yogas. The publisher, Advaita Ashrama, has kindly given us permission to record them in chronological order and without editing.

Our immediate goal is to record all fourteen (14) of Swami Vivekananda’s Jnana Yoga classes that he gave during his second sojourn in New York City from December 11, 1895 to February 12, 1896.

To help us get the message of Swami Vivekananda to Westerners and the world, VedantaWorks is seeking $5,000 in funding for the Jnana Yoga recordings, which includes the cost of the narrator, editing, social-media marketing and creating podcast platforms for these inspiring classes.

Each donation is tax-deductible in America through the Ramakrishna Foundation and you will receive a tax-receipt from GoFundMe for your records.

If you would like to “hear” Swami Vivekananda words, now more relevant than ever, please donate to this GoFundMe Campaign*.  Any amount will be appreciated.

*If you wish to donate more than $250, please email us at vedantaworks@gmail.com for instructions for paying by check.
